WinWin Pro operates a digital rewards and task discovery platform that connects users with promotional content, sponsored articles, opinion surveys, and digital partner offers in exchange for virtual points (Diamonds) redeemable for real-world payouts (such as UPI transfers).

02. Age Eligibility (15+ Years Old)
Age Requirement Notice: WinWin Pro is designed and intended for individuals who are at least 15 years of age.
By registering an account and using WinWin Pro, you represent and warrant that you are at least 15 years old. If you are between 15 and 18 years old (a minor under applicable local law), you confirm that you have reviewed this policy with your parent or legal guardian and have received their permission and consent to participate, complete tasks, and withdraw rewards through parental or guardian-approved UPI/payment accounts.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 15 years of age. If we learn that a user under the age of 15 has created an account, we will immediately take steps to terminate the account and purge their personal data from our servers.

- Financial & Payout Information: When you initiate a withdrawal, we collect your designated Unified Payments Interface (UPI) ID / VPA to dispatch your funds. We store payout logs (payout amount, timestamp, recipient ID, transaction reference) for auditing and compliance.
- Task & Engagement Activity: Details of tasks completed on our platform, including articles read, timers observed, shortlink interactions, micro-task proof submissions (such as screenshots), daily streak check-ins, and referral connections.
- Technical & Anti-Fraud Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, approximate geographic location, browser user-agent, operating system, and security signals necessary to prevent multi-accounting, VPN proxy spoofing, bot automation, and unauthorized platform manipulation.
04. How We Use Your Data

WinWin Pro integrates with certified third-party offerwalls, market research partners, and service providers (including TimeWall, MyLead, and Google OAuth).
When you choose to engage with an integrated partner offerwall or third-party survey:
- We transmit only a pseudonymous identifier (such as your unique User ID) to correlate completed offers back to your Diamond balance.
- Surveys or offers hosted directly by third-party partners may request additional demographic or profile information. That information is governed by the respective partner's own privacy policy.
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal email address or financial details to third-party marketing brokers.
